Initiate a Technical Review

We partner with organizations requiring sovereign infrastructure, rigorous data governance, and high-concurrency backend development. Due to the intensive, multidisciplinary nature of our engagements, JIMGIT takes on a strictly limited number of special projects each quarter.

Engagement Criteria

Before submitting a project brief, please ensure your initiative aligns with our operational parameters:

  • Corporate Identity: We require communication via verified organizational domains. Inquiries originating from free email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are automatically deprioritized.
  • Capital Allocation: Projects must have clearly defined technical objectives and allocated capital. Exploratory architectures or projects with capital allocations under $10,000 CAD are subject to a mandatory, paid technical scoping consultation prior to development.
  • Architectural Sovereignty: We specialize in self-hosted, highly concurrent, and decoupled architectures. We do not augment legacy monolithic systems unless the explicit objective is a complete infrastructure migration.

Intake Protocol

  1. Submit your executive summary and project parameters via the secure intake channel below.
  2. A JIMGIT technical director will review your infrastructure requirements and compliance needs within 48 business hours.
  3. Qualified initiatives will receive a secure communication to schedule an initial scoping and alignment call.
